How can I book?

If you would like to make a booking please email stephaniealexandramua91@gmail.com. You will then be sent information on how to pay your retainer fee which secures your booking (it is agreed that upon paying this, it is understood that the client agrees to the T&Cs and Booking policies stated on the website) and a service contract which must be read, agreed to and signed prior to booking. Once this has been completed, you will then receive your confirmation pack and invoice to reflect your payment being made.

 

How soon can I book my wedding date?

You can book as far in advance as you'd like. We can book up to two years in advance, but please may be able to accommodate short notice bookings as well. Once your deposit is received, your booking is secured at the price quoted at the time of booking.

 

What is a preview and when will this take place?

A preview is an opportunity for us to get to know you, what your expectations and preferences are and enables us to provide you with the experience you deserve, considering your needs along with expert advice so you can see the look that you've dreamed of having come together in the comfort of your own home. Previews usually take place 8-12 weeks prior to your wedding date, by this time you will likely have a good idea of the personal style you would like to achieve. Although we endevour to send reminders for these appointments, please be aware that the client is responsible for ensuring these are booked in good time. 

 

Where are the appointments carried out?

Stephanie wants to ensure you have the most comfortable, stress-free appointments with us, which is why we travel to your chosen address/ venue. Stephanie does not have a studio and cannot work from home so please ensure if travelling to the area for your appointment, you have a location avaliable. Travel charges may apply and are chageable at 45p per mile.

 

How far do you travel?

We travel to any location, nationally and internationally. Travel charges are applicable outside a 20 mile radius. Locations outside a certain milage limit will require accomodation. Will I have Stephanie Alexandra as my artist/ stylist? 

Stephanie is always the artist that will be with you on your journey unless otherwise stated at the first point of contact. If your booking has a large party, restricted to a particular time limit, we may bring an assistant along to ensure smooth running of your wedding morning. This will be discussed with you at the time of booking if applicable and is chargable at £75 plus travel per assistant.

 

Do you offer Hairstyling alongside Makeup Artistry?

Yes we do. We offer Makeup and Hair packages for our brides and their bridal parties for your big day! If you would like to find out more information on this please contact Stephanie. If you would like your style to incorporate hair extensions we recommend that you visit your local hair extension supplier who will give you expert advice on which will suit best and for that all important colour match.

Do you provide eyelash extensions?

Lashes are available to all clients if desired. Stephanie has a range of natural lash extensions to choose from and are either strip or cluster lashes. These are applied with a waterproof glue so don't worry if you shed a few tears as your make your vows, they'll stay secure throughout and are easy to peel away at the end of your day.

I don't often wear makeup...

We understand you may feel a little anxious about the concept of having your makeup done by someone else. However don't panic, we tailor each makeup to suit your personal preference so you still feel like you, not masked but the best version of yourself to bring out your confidence and your smile. Stephanie prides herself on providing a natural, long lasting and flawless finish still allowing your skin to look just that, skin, but with a fresh, healthy glow. We have experience in working with clients with varying skin concerns and use tried and tested luxury products to suit each individuals needs. 

Do you accept Credit/ Debit Card or Cheque?

Payments can be made either via BACS or PayPal. A retainer fee is due upon booking to secure your date, if this isn't payed within 48 hours, the date will be released and avaliable to other clients. Preview payments are due seven days prior to your appointment and may include travel costs. Your final balance (minus the retainer fee) is due two weeks prior to your wedding date.

 

What is your cancellation policy? 

In the event a date needs to be amended, the retainer fee will be lost, the client must understand a new quote may be provided reflecting prices as they are at the time of amendment as opposed to the quote they received at the time of booking and is decided at the artists discretion. Cancellation of services must be made at least 60 days prior to your wedding date. After this period a 50% cancellation fee will apply. Cancelling any service within four weeks of the wedding date will be still be chargeable at 100% of the quoted cost. Stephanie Alexandra holds a no refund policy however if in the rare event Stephanie or a member of her team are unable to perform the required services for any reason, where possible the artist will aim to provide an alternative professional with the same beauty aesthetic/ standard. If an alternative artist/ stylist cannot be provided, the client will not be charged any further payments and/ or a refund for the services cancelled will be provided.
